Ordering and Payment

Shopping online with us is like taking a dip in the tub. Please read this page carefully before ordering any products. These terms apply to any order you place through our website GenesisRogers.shop.com (the "Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and the Website Terms of Use.

Payment Methods

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal for billing addresses within the United States.

At checkout, you will be asked to enter your payment details. All payments must be made instantly over the Internet. By placing an order, you confirm that the credit card you are using is yours. All credit card payments are subject to authorization by your card issuer and fraud detection by our designated fraud detection vendor. All products remain our property until they are delivered to the address you specify. The prices shown do not include shipping costs, which will be notified during the ordering process.

Once your order is placed, your credit card will be charged and we will send you an email to notify you that your item has been shipped. If we choose not to sell an item, we will notify you by email and, if you have already paid, we will refund you in full as soon as possible. Please note that the billing address must match the card used for payment and that the payment card must have been issued in the United States.

You will receive confirmation that your order has been shipped. If your order is shipped in multiple shipments (whether to the same or different destinations), your credit card will be charged for each shipment separately.

Discounts and Promotions

If you have a promotional code, enter it at checkout to apply it to your order.

Important Shipping Information:

• We ship Monday-Friday.

• Orders cannot be split and must be shipped to the same address.

• Orders over $500.00 will be shipped via "Signature Required" service.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $50.00 or more. Final item price (including all discounts, offers, promotions or coupons) must be over $50.00 to qualify. The following amounts and charges are not counted towards qualifying order amount: gift cards, gift wrap, packaging, previous purchases, taxes, and shipping/handling. Offer subject to change or withdrawal without notice. Not valid where prohibited, taxed or restricted. This offer is valid only for shipments to a single address in the contiguous United States. All transactions are subject to bank authorization before they can be processed. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.

International Shipping

Genesis Rogers online store currently ships to all states in the United States.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to any address outside of the United States. We do not provide freight forwarding services.

Non-commercial use

The products and services offered on our website and any samples we may provide to you are for personal use only. We do not offer any items for resale. We reserve the right to cancel or reduce any order that we believe may be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, with or without prior notice.

Cancellation

Once you click "Place Order", you will not be able to cancel or change your order*. Please click here to contact our Customer Service team. Please provide a daytime phone number so that we can contact you at any time to answer any questions you may have.

Refunds (excluding shipping and handling charges) will be refunded to the debit or credit card account used to place the original order. Please allow up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund to be posted.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase, please contact us here.

Please note that gift cards, perishable food items and shaving brushes are not returnable or refundable and all returns require verification of the original sales record. Only original, unused and sealed merchandise may be returned. Genesis Rogers reserves the right to limit or refuse returns. Gift cards are not returnable or refundable.
